Has Your Pet Had a Wellness Exam?

Wellness Exams provide our veterinarians the opportunity to prevent problems before they become too advanced and more difficult to control.  Because pets age more rapidly than humans, major changes in health also occur more rapidly.

One of our years is equal to 5-7 of our pets' years, depending on the breed and size of your pet. Pets cannot describe symptoms to let us know what might be wrong, so we may need to do blood and urine tests to give us the answers we need.

Sometimes diseases can even be detected and treatment started before any physical symptoms arise! At the wellness examination, you will have the opportunity to discuss issues that concern you most. Our physical exam includes checking:
  • Ears
  • Nose
  • Teeth
  • Heart
  • Lungs
  • Bones
  • Joints
  • Skin
  • Abdomen
We can also discuss any behavioral changes/ problems and assist you in your pet's diet and nutrition. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment at 303-796-0800.  Together, we can work to provide your pet with the quality of life they deserve.
